The right fit

Active projects. Recurring needs.

This offer is for established GCs, trade partners and consultants with an active project and an ongoing need for dependable preconstruction support.

We review four things before accepting an assignment:

  • Business fit: an established contractor, trade partner or consultant with an active project and anticipated recurring work.
  • Defined scope: a trade package, project area and specific deliverables your team can evaluate.
  • Document readiness: readable drawings and relevant specifications, with the current revision identified.
  • Delivery fit: a deadline we can meet within available capacity.

Acceptance is confirmed in writing. The initial response within 24 hours is separate from the agreed turnaround for the assignment.

From documents to a finished assignment.

Send the project information

Share the latest relevant drawings, specifications, addenda and revision list. Identify the trade scope, areas included, requested outputs and bid or delivery deadline. Include supplier quotes if comparison is part of the requested work.

Receive a response within 24 hours

We’ll review fit and identify missing information. This is our initial response time; the work’s delivery date is agreed separately.

Receive written acceptance

If the opportunity fits our capacity, we confirm the no-fee scope, deliverables, document basis, review allowance and delivery date in writing. Submission alone does not start the work.

Review the turnover and workload ahead

Receive the agreed package with its assumptions and open decisions. If you want ongoing support, we can propose defined responsibilities, weekly capacity and a fee around your upcoming workload. There is no obligation to continue.

First assignment — no fee

Tell us what you need delivered.

Describe the assignment and workload ahead. Have your current drawing revision, requested deliverables and deadline ready. A document link is helpful, but we can arrange sharing by email.

Drywall support excludes steel framing.

Provide a view-only HTTPS link accessible to our team, or we can arrange sharing after contact. Share only documents you are authorized to provide. You may redact confidential information; keep dimensions, specifications and scope notes readable. Do not include passwords or access credentials.

We use these details to review your request and contact you. Submitting a project requests review. Work begins after RedlinePrecon confirms acceptance and the agreed scope and delivery date.

What documents should I send?

Share the current drawing set, relevant specifications, addenda and the trade scope you want reviewed. Include your bid deadline and preferred deliverable format.

Use the document-link field for a view-only HTTPS link. Do not include passwords in the form. For restricted files, request sharing instructions in your project notes. You can redact personal information while keeping dimensions, drawing revisions and scope notes readable.

No documents ready? Submit the scope first. We’ll identify what is needed. After submitting, keep your inquiry reference when sending additional documents to adam@redlineprecon.com.
